This is the little story of Selena Mokete
Selena, is a qualified Cardiac Technologist, originally from Bloemfontein. She decided to relocate and join the practice of Dr Xana in November 2020. She worked at Universitas Academic Hospital in Bloemfontein to further her career in Cardiac Technology.
She also worked at Refmed Centre, as well as Netcare Pelonomi Hospital, both in Bloemfontein. She performs echocardiogram, ECGs & Holter monitoring. She also assists in Cardiac Catherization procedures and ultrasound testing. Selena also assists in diagnosing heart and blood vessel conditions.
Her passion for Cardiac Technology is always on display, and her warm caring attitude is definitely a character strength, felt by colleagues and patients alike.

The little story of Ruth Styer
Ruth, originally from Cape Town, moved to Pretoria to join the Practice of Dr Andile Xana in October 2020.
She is a certified Medical Practice Manager, with more than 20 years experience in medical administration and medical accounting.
Ruth’s experience and expertise benefits a new Cardiology medical practice with setting-up processes for the efficient flow of day to day management. As a Practice Manager, she is very efficient, and professional in managing the administration aspect of the medical practice, and also ensuring the practice is compliant with industry regulations. She is also involved in implementing standard policies and procedures to keep the practice running smoothly. Her friendly personality and caring nature allow patients to openly discuss any medical issue regarding their chronic conditions, for real-time approval from medical aids. Patient claims are submitted accurately for immediate approval.
